Our passenger elevators are designed to suit every construction requirement, with trouble free performance and low maintenance cost. Choosing the right lift for your project is very important, capacity and usage of the lift is critical to choosing the correct product and load capacity and number of lifts. Within a given speed range, floor leveling is adequate for normal passenger capacity. Introducing our new passenger lift range from Melhor Limpeza all in accordance with SANS & EN81-20 and 21 the new regulation for passenger lifts. In line with our environmental policy our promoted range are MRL and MRA gearless traction lifts, with the lowest power requirements possible for the load capacity required, using the latest power saving technology and LED lighting.

We have space saving solutions for small lift shafts and existing buildings.

We have a range of cabins to suit all requirements, and offer bespoke solutions for our complete range of passenger lifts, for beautiful lift car design and landing door detail. We have a range of add on solutions for our passenger lift range, including glass lifts in glass shafts, evacuation lifts, firefighting lifts, with all compliant to SANS and EN Regulations.

Destination Dispatching Function
According to the different stops of the passengers, This function can optimize the allocation of multiple elevators to reduce the stops and provide more efficient service.

Remote monitoring system
This function is equipped with remote monitoring network system to achieve full coverage detection and management which greatly enhance the efficiency and quality of after-sales service and the elevator safety level
